Session Fees:

$125 per Session - Each session lasting 50 minutes

** sliding scale available due to economic hardship

Methods of payment include: cash, check or credit card.

Insurance is not currently accepted.

A standard Superbill form is provided upon request.Should client request therapist fill out a custom reimbursement form, client will be billed for time used by therapist to fill out the form at a rate of $90/hour.

Office Policy on Cancellations:

• 24 hour minimum cancellation notice.

• Otherwise, client is responsible for the fee.

• Please provide adequate notice for cancellation and/or rescheduling.
